As I stumble across things that I find interesting while on the internet, I’ll add them here. These are things that I find even more cool and/or interesting than on the other page, although there will be fewer of these. I’ve categorized them for you convenience
- Websites in which you read things (like blogs):
- http://www.wired.com/ – A news site that has a large number of very interesting stories (unlike Time magazine, as I found out)
- http://voltsnbolts.wordpress.com/ – A electronics hobbyist explains, well electronics 🙂 I’ve read a number of his first posts, and have learned quite a bit
- http://jonnegroni.com/ – Home of The Pixar Theory, an article that is an absolute must read (It’s linked on the “Special” page)
- http://mostepicstuff.com/ – It has some pretty cool articles on it, and although I don’t think it quite deserves it’s name, I still like it
- Stores/Things you can buy:
- http://www.knifecave.com – A store with a lot of cool (and a some cheap) knives
- https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/thoughtstem/codespells-express-yourself-with-magic – “Become the most powerful wizard the world has ever seen by crafting magical spells in code” – Kickstarter ending on October 4th
- https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/powerpractical/the-pronto-fast-charge-battery?ref=popular – a battery which can get enough power to fully charge an iPhone 5 (or other USB device) within 5 minutes, and can store up to 9 iPhones worth of charge (after one hour)
- Articles (that you can read):
- http://www.wired.com/2014/09/cyranoid-experiment/ – If you talked to a 12 year old who said exactly what a 37 year old professor told him to, would you notice? Chances are that you wouldn’t
- Comics:
- http://brawlinthefamily.keenspot.com/ – Brawl in the Family is a comic strip centering on many famous Nintendo characters that have appeared in the Smash Bros games and they’re interaction with each other if they actually lived together.
- Pictures:
- http://mostepicstuff.com/16-places-you-wont-believe-exists-on-our-planet/ – 16 pictures of amazing real places, almost from a story book. #15 looks like something Dr. Seuss would have drawn!
